In Augsburg, RESQSHIP works closely with the Augsburger Seebrücken initiative. Anyone who wants to get involved in the issues of sea rescue, safe harbor cities and humanity can join. The group meets at irregular intervals to discuss joint activities. Activities also take place in cooperation with other NGOs such as Amnesty International, the Augsburg Refugee Council, AK Lesbos or Tür an Tür. Together with some of these civil society groups and with the support of the City of Augsburg, we also try to implement the program NesT (New Start in a Team) program in Augsburg, a state-social reception program for particularly vulnerable refugees. We are looking for mentors and financial support for this.
